Hatenboer Water: Drinking Water Solutions for Water-Scarce Regions
Hatenboer Water, a specialist in water technology and desalination plants, supplied several water treatment systems to the Port of Mombasa in Kenya. Using reverse osmosis, seawater is converted into drinking water, reducing dependence on scarce freshwater sources and ensuring a reliable supply of drinking water. With support from Atradius DSB, this international project was successfully completed, and the risks for the Dutch exporter were mitigated.
Nijhuis Saur Industries: Sustainable Water and Raw Materials Solutions for Africa
Nijhuis Saur Industries, a specialist in water treatment and resource recovery, provides technological solutions for sustainable infrastructure projects in Africa. In collaboration with Climate Fund Managers, the company supports projects that, among other things, convert organic waste streams into energy, with a focus on efficient water use and circularity. With support from Atradius DSB, these innovative projects can be implemented and scaled up in emerging markets.
